ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician

We're hiring ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians to join our clinician-owned team! No ABA experience? No problem, we provide paid training and ongoing support. Experienced RBTs are also encouraged to apply, as we value the skills and expertise you bring to our team. Responsibilities Provide direct behavioral therapy to autistic children and young adults using ABA principles Implement individualized treatment plans to promote positive behavior and skill development Collaborate with BCBAs, BCaBAs, and other therapy team members to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician with ABT, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled and dedicated professionals who prioritize your child's needs. Our staff is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and studies to provide the best and most effective treatment available for your child. What We Offer Competitive compensation up to $24 HOURLY based on registration and experience Schedule: Mon-Fri 10:30a-3:30p or 3p-7p Mileage reimbursement and limited travel for in-home services Full paid RBT training. Work as a BT while we pay to get you registered!
