Associate, Management Consulting

Associate, Management Consulting Southern California or Denver Trace3's Management Consulting (MC) team guides teams and organizations through strategic business initiatives to optimize performance and enhance outcomes. The Associate role partners with clients to support strategic planning, roadmaps, and execution of complex cross‑functional initiatives, delivering programs that maximize adoption. Responsibilities Own and lead a project/program workstream including status, timelines, communication, resource coordination and planning. Collect, analyze project data to identify risk, issues, and improvement opportunities, presenting findings through compelling presentations. Monitor and provide transparency on project status, issues, and risks to internal teams and clients. Provide customer service support for project resources and management team. Assist in developing strategies to solve complex technical challenges. Proactively manage multiple clients while reporting to managers and above. Establish effective working relationships directly with clients. Contribute to development of technical acumen for yourself and the team. Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new or existing clients. Continue to develop internal relationships and promote the Trace3 brand. Travel up to 50% to client sites. Required Skills and Experience 4–7 years of professional experience in technology or consulting. Strong client‑service skills. Solid understanding of information technology services. Ability to build rapport and credibility as a strategic partner. Experience in program management, change management, continuous improvement. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, with excellent time‑management and prioritization in a fast‑paced environment. Proactive, consultative support for customer requests. Comfortable managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines. Independent work capability. Excellent oral, written, presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong business acumen, analytical skills, operational knowledge, passion for consulting. Experience in an Agile environment. Team‑oriented, willing to work additional hours and travel as needed. Highly motivated with strong administration, problem‑solving, teamwork skills. Estimated Pay Range

$100,000 – $110,000 USD
