A global lifestyle brand with deep roots in culture, retail, and multi‑category creative is seeking a Men’s Art Director to lead the visual narrative of the men’s category.

This role is ideal for a creative leader with a distinct point of view, elevated taste, and the ability to translate culture, fashion, and storytelling into high‑impact imagery.

About the Role

The Men’s Art Director is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing all creative assets for the men’s category — including campaigns, editorials, lookbooks, apparel/footwear photography, video content, and graphic treatments.

You will collaborate closely with senior creative leadership to elevate the brand’s visual language, inject freshness into seasonal narratives, and produce imagery that resonates deeply with a global audience.

This role blends high-fashion sensibility, hands-on execution, and strategic creative leadership.

What You’ll Do

Creative Conceptualization & Vision

• Develop groundbreaking concepts for men’s campaigns, editorials, and seasonal narratives.
• Bring a strong, fresh artistic POV that elevates visual storytelling across apparel, footwear, and lifestyle.
• Build mood boards, visual treatments, and editorial themes that merge art, culture, and commerce.

Executive Collaboration

• Partner directly with senior creative leadership to align on strategy and evolve brand standards.
• Present creative briefs for collection launches, quick strike drops, and collaborations.
• Translate cultural moments and collection narratives into cohesive, high-impact campaigns.

End-to-End Campaign & Shoot Direction

• Lead full creative direction for men’s photo and video shoots — campaign, editorial, lookbook, and e‑comm.
• Oversee pre-production: casting, location scouting, set design, props, lighting direction, and shot lists.
• Direct photographers, videographers, stylists, HMU, set designers, and digital techs on set.

Cross-Functional Execution & Post-Production

• Guide post-production: image selects, retouching, color grading, crop specs, and video edit passes.
• Partner with Graphic Designers, Content/Social, and Production to ensure assets translate across print, retail, digital, social, and web.
• Maintain visual consistency and high production quality across all touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years in professional art direction, design, or creative agency experience, with a focus on menswear, streetwear, luxury fashion, or premium lifestyle retail
• Strong campaign + editorial experience
• On‑set leadership and production fluency
• Genuine passion for culture, fashion, photography, and contemporary design with elevated taste level and a decisive creative POV
• High taste level with a sharp eye for menswear, street culture, typography, and visual trends.
• Innovative conceptual thinker with strong strategic instincts.
• Exceptional presentation skills — articulate in pitching creative rationale.
• Understanding of modern media formats, digital platforms, and technical shoot requirements.
