Dental Assistant

Overview Cabana Family Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a friendly, motivated, and dependable Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Boonton, NJ. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to creating a positive dental experience for every patient. Schedule Mon 8am-5:30, Tues 9am-7pm Wed 8am-5:30pm. Thurs 7:30-3pm Responsibilities Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take digital dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records Provide excellent patient care and education Support front and back office workflow as needed Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control standards Qualifications Current New Jersey Dental Radiology (X-Ray) License required Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Compensation $25-$28/hour About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
