Construction Project Manager

Posted: 06/28/2026 Construction, Installation and Mechanical The Project Manager’s role is to oversee, plan, schedule, manage and track the progress of projects in an efficient and timely manner that meets Lantz quality standards and customer requirements. Key functions are assuming responsibility for projects, effectively communicating throughout the project, proactively managing resources and ensuring the project budget is on target. Required Skills, Education And Experience In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project managing principles Maintain attention to detail and ability to work accurately and neatly Knowledge of construction methods Understanding of the construction planning, scheduling and tracking progress Five + (5) years\' commercial project management and any amount of applicable construction field experience Ability to determine potential risks while devising proactive ways to reduce them Excellent in the budgeting of financial resources Competent in various computer applications (e.g., MS-Suite, MS-Project, Procore, Bluebeam) Ability to lead a team by being an effective communicator Excellent in building rapport and creating a team environment where all those with project responsibilities work well together Ability to maintain a high level of organization Ability to welcome feedback and use it to improve the quality of production Preferred Skills, Education And Experience Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architectural, Business Management or relatable field of study Additional Eligibility Qualifications Positive attitude and works with integrity Commitment to delivering exceptional client satisfaction Must have ability to work independently and/or collaboratively in a team setting depending on the needs of the job Must have valid driver license, good driving record Certifications (preferred but not mandatory) OSHA 10-Hour Lantz Construction Company Tina Dellinger 539 South Main Street Broadway VA 22815-0515
