Job Description

The Memory Care Life Enrichment Coordinator plans and coordinates a variety of programs to provide a vibrant and engaging life for our memory care residents.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Determine resident program preferences, talents, and needs through resident feedback, new resident orientation, and communication with resident families.
• Plan and execute daily and weekly programs to engage residents to meet their social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Encourage caregivers and other staff to participate in daily programs and activities with residents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of activity programming experience.
• 1+ years of leadership experience, in senior living preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check
• A love for seniors!
• Highly organized and great time management skills
• Energetic, engaging, and caring personality
• Ability to connect with people
