Machine Operator I As a Machine Operator I, you will be responsible for the manufacture of parts per manufacturing unit specifications in an accurate and timely manner utilizing manual and semi-automatic machine centers. You will report to the Production Manager and be part of the Production team. This position works on a team of about 6 people. Key colleagues include the Production Manager and Production Team Lead. In this role, you will be based in Buford, GA, USA. A day in the life of a Machine Operator I can look like: Observe and follow safety rules. Operate equipment in a proficient manner. Ability to read blueprints. Maintain clean work area. Report machine malfunctions. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1 - 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Requires mathematical skills. Positive team spirit. Learning agility. Ability to deliver what is promised. Ability to build relationships through collaboration. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
