• Scheduled clinical hours plus nightly call
• 15 - 20 patients per shift
• Both outpatient and inpatient setting
• 1:1 call ratio with beeper response within 30 minutes
• Arthroscopy and total joint replacement required
• Joint revision or repair skills needed
• Tendon release and repair procedures
• Both rounding and admissions required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
