Pay Rate: $46/hr

Contract: 13 weeks

Schedule: Monday-Friday; flexible shift as needed

Total Working Hours per week: Based on assignment schedule

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for an inpatient rehabilitation assignment in Carbondale, Illinois. The therapist will support patient recovery, functional independence, and safe care delivery while floating between assigned hospital locations as needed.


Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, function, and daily living skills
• Reassess patient progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapy teams, and other care staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinical and facility standards
• Float between assigned locations as required by patient care needs


Requirements
• Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license required
• Minimum 2 years of occupational therapy experience
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
• BLS and NIHSS may be required based on assigned unit/location
• EPIC experience preferred
• Ability to work Monday-Friday and remain flexible with shift needs
