Kindergarten English Teacher

We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for an international school in Beijing. With over 70 expat teachers, the school offers a diverse, student-centered learning environment.Job ResponsibilitiesTogether with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday. During this time, you will:Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 2–6, using Montessori or IB PYP methods as assigned by the school, and create an English learning environment.Lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organizationUtilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children developmentCollaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning.Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on regular basisRequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Education or relatedCELTA, DELTA or licensed teachers with accredited credentials preferredMore than three years teaching experience is preferredSalary and benefitsMonthly salary of approx. 25,000 commensurate with experience and qualificationsApartment providedTwo-year employment contract bonusReimbursement for annual round-trip flights (Beijing - home country)Reimbursement for relocation feeMedical insuranceProfessional development opportunitiesEducation benefits for dependentsFree Chinese lessonsFree gym and sports facilitiesFestival bonus/gift box, birthday gift, paid leaves, etc.
