About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Conflux Systems Inc to find a qualified Behavioral Health RN in Holyoke, Massachusetts, 01040!

RN – Behavioral Health/Psychiatric

Location: Holyoke
Pay: $70/hr on W2
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week (8-hour shifts, every other weekend)

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts RN License ( required at submission )
• 1+ year Adult & Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatric experience ( required )
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Must be willing to float and take charge
• BSN preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in an inpatient behavioral health setting
• Develop and document individualized treatment plans
• Maintain a safe therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Perform psychiatric assessments, crisis intervention, and medication administration

Must-Haves:

• MA RN License
• 1+ Year Adult & Adolescent Inpatient Psych Experience
• CPR/BLS
• Willingness to Float and Take Charge
