The Impact You’ll Make As the Community & Brand Experience Specialist , you are the face of 80 Acres Farms. You’ll bridge the gap between our products and our people by owning how the brand shows up in the physical world. From in-store demos to large-scale events, you ensure every interaction is high-quality, purposeful, and designed to drive brand loyalty. What You’ll Be Responsible For Own local market brand execution by ensuring all consumer-facing experiences consistently reflect 80 Acres Farms’ quality and standards Deliver high-impact sampling and activation programs that drive product trial, awareness, and measurable ROI Manage and optimize third-party partners to ensure strong execution, accountability, and continuous improvement in demos and events Lead event and tradeshow execution from planning through on-site delivery, ensuring a polished and effective brand presence Serve as the voice of the consumer by capturing insights, identifying trends, and sharing feedback to improve products and experiences Ensure exceptional consumer engagement by delivering timely, thoughtful responses that strengthen brand trust and loyalty Drive operational excellence in execution across sampling, materials, logistics, and inventory management Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Development, and Sales to align brand experiences with broader commercial strategy What You Bring (Must-Have) 3+ years of experience in consumer experience, brand activation, event marketing, or related field Experience managing vendors, events, or field execution programs Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel for events and activations What Makes You Successful Here Ability to connect brand strategy to real-world execution Strong interpersonal skills: you represent the brand with authenticity and energy Attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency Ability to identify what’s working (and what’s not) and continuously improve Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure as you go Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams Working at 80 Acres Farms At 80 Acres Farms , we believe taking care of our people is just as important as taking care of our plants.
