As a Senior Revenue Specialist, you will report to a manager while supporting your hotel teams and team members to grow market share and outperform competitors. What you'll do during a typical day: Enact an appropriate Revenue Management strategy, including the pricing for all portfolio hotels assigned. Lead weekly Commercial meetings to discuss booking pace, performance, and hotel specific goals, ensuring understanding of the team on revenue strategy and pricing. Configure several revenue management systems including GRO, and OnQ R/I. Support team members by providing direction, offering feedback, and answering questions. Analyze hotel performance metrics to identify opportunities and increase revenue and goals. How you'll collaborate with others: Build a positive relationship with your assigned portfolio of hotels and important revenue management partners. Communicate and distribute information, strategies, and initiatives from RMCC leadership to Revenue Specialists and hotel teams. Partner with other RMCC leaders on methods to increase effectiveness of RMCC deliverables. The pay range for this role is $57,500 – $80,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
