Job Summary: The Treasury Management Officer (TMO) provides sales and service of non-credit Treasury Services business solutions to customers and prospects utilizing a consultative sales and relationship management approach. This position will participate as the Treasury Services liaison for various product and repricing committees as assigned. Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities: Represent the Treasury Management Department on product and re-pricing committees as assigned. Perform sales and service of Business Services products to existing customers and prospects. Support other bank officers with customers, prospecting, proposals, and referrals. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience: BA/BS degree in a business-related field (preferred). At least (X) years of Treasury Services experience required, ranging from one to ten years depending on level (I-IV). Sales experience with consultative selling skills required. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification required or to be obtained within first 12 months (for senior levels). For lower levels, CTP is desired. Strong knowledge of banking and Business Services products and services. Knowledge of banking deposit operations processing. Sales and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of bank regulations.
