Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Registered NurseThe Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Registered Nurse delivers high-quality, patient-centered care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical procedures. This role requires specialized clinical expertise and a deep understanding of the unique needs of cardiac patients. The RN collaborates closely with cardiovascular surgeons, anesthesiologists, perfusionists, and the broader perioperative team to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care throughout the surgical continuum.Utilizing established nursing frameworks such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage," the RN provides individualized care that supports optimal surgical outcomes. The RN advocates for the safety and well-being of patients and their families, ensuring that care is developmentally appropriate and emotionally supportive.
