\nDuring the off-season, our office is closed Fridays.
\nDuring busy season, we hold to Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.

\n \nWhat You'll Own
\nYour responsibilities will center around four areas: technical & quality, people & development, client service, and business development.
\n \nCompensation & Benefits
\nThis is a senior leadership position, and the compensation package reflects that.
\nBase Salary: $185k+
\nAnnual Performance Bonus: $10k-25k (tied to the quality of the work, development of the team, and strength of the practice)
\nOrigination Incentive: A direct share of new business you bring to the firm
