Job Title: Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST)
Location: Carmel, Indiana

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) for a 13-week assignment at a community hospital in Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for surgical techs who thrive in a collaborative operating room environment and have experience supporting multiple surgical specialties.

Shift Details:

• Day Shift – 3x12s
• Schedule: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• On-call required: Approximately 2–3 shifts per signup period

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and sterile fields for surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons and nursing staff during operations
• Handle surgical instruments and maintain sterile technique
• Support patient safety and workflow efficiency in the OR
• Assist with room turnover and equipment preparation
• Work across a variety of surgical specialties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of recent CST experience
• NBSTSA certification required and must be in hand at submission
• First-time travelers accepted
• Strong experience in multi-specialty surgical settings preferred
• Locals not accepted for this position
