• Process payroll accurately and on time, adhering to company policies.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
• Utilize accounting software to manage financial data effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain organized records of all financial documents for easy retrieval and review.
• Provide administrative support as needed, updating pricing and managing correspondence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in general ledger accounting and understanding of financial concepts is essential.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for collaboration across departments.
• Previous experience in an administrative or accounting role is a plus but not required.
