JOB DESCRIPTION

Commercial Real Estate Loan Servicing Specialist – Escrow Focus

Location: Fort Worth, TX (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate: $21.42/hr W2
Duration: 3 Months (Contract-to-Perm Potential)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime: May be required

Not eligible for employer-sponsored immigration support

Position Overview

We are seeking candidates with strong Escrow and Mortgage Servicing experience to support Commercial Real Estate Loan Servicing operations.

This role focuses heavily on:

• Escrow processing
• Cash transaction processing
• Insurance and tax disbursements
• Researching payment discrepancies
• Refund and overcharge processing
• Commercial loan servicing support

This is NOT a collections role .

The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling:

• Escrow accounts
• Mortgage servicing operations
• Cash postings and reversals
• Insurance/property tax disbursements
• Returned payment research

Candidates from mortgage, banking, loan servicing, escrow administration, or real estate servicing environments are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Process escrow-related cash transactions, postings, reversals, and disbursements
• Handle escrow refunds and overcharge reimbursements
• Research returned checks and payment discrepancies
• Support insurance disbursements, property loss, and special credits processing
• Maintain and update Commercial Real Estate loan servicing systems
• Research delinquent property taxes and follow up as needed
• Conduct outbound calls regarding escrow or payment-related issues
• Manage servicing workflow queues to meet deadlines
• Ensure compliance with servicing procedures and documentation standards

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience (3–6 years)
• Previous banking, mortgage servicing, escrow, or loan servicing experience
• Experience handling cash processing, postings, reversals, or payment research
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working within Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and multitasking skills

Highly Preferred Experience

• Escrow servicing experience (strong preference)
• Mortgage servicing experience (residential or commercial)
• Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loan servicing
• Insurance disbursements and property tax processing
• Special credits or property loss servicing
• Cash accounting or Accounts Receivable background
