Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Call Center Insurance Agent for their Main Office Department. The right candidate will be r esponsible for the direct sales of homeowner’s insurance and insurance related products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Place and receive outbound and inbound calls related to insurance sales and sales support. Process related paperwork or documentation. Participate in ongoing training and development, including mandatory continuing education. Acquire and maintain the appropriate insurance licenses with assistance from the Licensing department. Assist in the training of newly hired agents and representatives. Operate computer keyboard and telephone, and view computer screen. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a sometimes stressful environment. Ability to work with others in a team environment. Qualifications Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
