We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive Transportation Sector experience to lead complex IT and Operational Technology (OT) projects.

The ideal candidate must have 12+ years of overall experience , be PMP Certified , and have strong experience managing transportation operations, traffic management, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) projects.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall professional experience.

• PMP Certification is mandatory.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in program and project planning and execution involving changing project requirements.

• 7+ years of experience managing IT and OT integration and operations , preferably within the transportation sector.

• 6+ years of experience managing projects involving transportation operations, traffic management, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) .

• 6+ years of stakeholder management and communication experience, including stakeholder engagement plans, conflict resolution, documentation, and regular reporting.

• 5+ years of performance measurement and reporting.

• 5+ years of process improvement evaluation, methodology development, and post-project reviews.

• 4+ years of experience with IT infrastructure and OT systems, including cybersecurity principles and best practices.

• Strong experience coordinating cross-functional business, technical, security, and vendor teams.

• Strong communication, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Important Requirements

Transportation Sector experience is mandatory.

Candidates should have direct experience with transportation-related projects such as Transportation Operations, Traffic Management, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), IT/OT integration, or transportation technology initiatives.
