Registered Nurse - NICU

Role: Registered Nurse NICU Responsibilities: Provide patient-centered care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate all nursing care within standards, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support quality improvement initiatives. Monitor patient progress, administer medications per guidelines, and ensure safety and cost-effectiveness. Contribute to professional development and foster effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues. Apply age-specific competencies and utilize critical thinking to address patient needs. Participate in operational improvements and uphold ethical standards. Qualifications & Skills RN license with a diploma or degree (Associate, Bachelor, or Master') Basic Cardiac Life Support and Neonatal Resuscitation certifications (must be obtained within 30 days) No prior experience required Strong critical thinking and communication skills Key Duties: Deliver high-quality nursing care, evaluate practice effectiveness, support professional growth, advocate for patients, and participate in departmental improvements.
