Job Details Job Location: Headquarters Myerstown - Myerstown, PA 17067 Position Type: Part Time Education Level: High School Preferred Salary Range: $18.50 Hourly Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Day Job Category: Admin - Clerical This is a part-time position, 10:00am - 3:00pm Monday - Friday. Starting rate of $18.50hr. Job Summary Undertake all the receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. In addition, process and fulfill orders, ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Functional Responsibilities Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all the necessary material Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate area Greet and welcome visitors Answer questions and address complaints Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them Process orders (via phone, fax, mail, and email) Provide customers with product information Sales by phone (cross-sell, up-sell, new products) Directly assist customers with positive resolution Assess customers’ needs and provide solutions and alternatives to achieve customer satisfaction Follow Customer Service Department procedures, guidelines, and policies Other administrative and customer service duties as assigned Qualifications / Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent phone skills Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office) Strong communication and people skills Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities Customer service oriented Familiarity with office machines (fax, printer, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr Dutch Valley Food Distributors Inc
