In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for individual students
• Develop and implement intervention and support plans tailored to student needs
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to provide recommendations for student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs
• Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Provide professional guidance on classroom management and behavioral strategies
• Stay current with best practices and maintain proper documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements

A strong candidate will bring:

• Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience in a school setting working with diverse student populations
• Proficiency in conducting psychoeducational assessments and developing appropriate interventions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
• Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads (caseload TBD) and unique student needs
