Clinical Research Coordinator

A growing specialty medical practice in Las Vegas with an active clinical research program is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support multiple ongoing clinical trials. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple studies simultaneously while serving as a key liaison between investigators, sponsors, monitors, vendors, and study participants. Position Summary The Clinical Research Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day coordination of clinical research studies from patient recruitment through study completion. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate study documentation while ensuring protocol compliance and an exceptional participant experience. This position is primarily site-based and works closely with Principal Investigators, study participants, sponsors, and internal support teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily activities for multiple clinical research studies. Recruit, screen, schedule, and follow up with study participants. Conduct informed consent discussions and ensure proper documentation. Maintain accurate source documentation and study records. Manage study binders, regulatory files, and essential trial documentation. Respond to sponsor, CRO, and monitor communications in a timely manner. Prepare for and participate in site initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits. Coordinate study visits and ensure protocol-specific procedures are completed as required. Track participant progress and maintain study timelines. Collaborate with investigators and research staff to ensure regulatory and protocol compliance. Review study requirements and ensure all activities are conducted according to GCP, FDA, and IRB guidelines. Assist with adverse event reporting and protocol deviation documentation when applicable. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the life of each study. Prioritize competing responsibilities and proactively identify potential study challenges. Qualifications Preferred Experience in a specialty clinical research setting. Experience interacting directly with sponsors, CROs, and monitors. CRC, CCRC, or comparable clinical research certification. Previous experience coordinating industry-sponsored clinical trials.
