Occupational Therapist

Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapist (Home Health) Job Location: Oakland, MI Job Type: Contract Job Description Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy to improve ADLs, mobility, strength, coordination, and cognitive skills Conduct home safety assessments and recommend adaptive equipment Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety practices Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Requirement: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice NBCOT certification (if required by state) Current CPR certification Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience (Home Health preferred) Experience with patient assessments, treatment planning, and documentation Strong communication and time management skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications: Home Health experience Knowledge of Medicare and insurance documentation requirements
