This role involves designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-level web-based applications in a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in C#, .NET Core, Blazor, SQL/Oracle , and full SDLC lifecycle , along with the ability to work closely with business and technical teams. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications using C#, .NET Core, and Blazor Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures (SQL Server/Oracle) Perform root cause analysis , debugging, and production support Lead and participate in SDLC activities including design, development, testing, and deployment Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements Support application releases, enhancements, and maintenance activities Ensure application security and compliance with standards Use Azure DevOps/Jira for tracking and Agile delivery Required Skills 8+ years of experience in software development Strong experience in C#, .NET Core / .NET 2+ years of hands-on experience with Blazor Experience with SQL Server and Oracle (Stored Procedures) Experience with full SDLC lifecycle Experience in Agile methodology Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills Preferred Skills Experience working with state or government applications Experience with licensing or regulatory systems Knowledge of WCAG / accessibility standards Experience migrating legacy systems to .NET Core / Blazor Requirements CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.
