Shipping & Receiving Trainee (Future Manager)This is not an entry-level role. If you're organized, hands-on, and take pride in doing things right, this could be a long-term career opportunity.What You'll Do:You'll be involved in every stage of shipping and receiving - learning the full operation while ensuring quality and accuracy.Perform quality checks throughout production and at final completion.Prepare containers and coordinate movement to the paint room and wash areas.Complete final inspections and prepare products for shipment or customer pickup.Organize products for safe, efficient loading.Unload incoming deliveries and inspect materials.Maintain inventory accuracy and keep warehouse areas organized.Work closely with production, paint, and management teams.Manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.Ensure all work meets company specifications and quality standards.What We're Looking For:Some prior shipping/receiving experience (listed on resume).Forklift experience required.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to learn and grow into a Shipping & Receiving Manager role.Able to meet the physical demands of the position.This Role Is NOT For:Individuals with no shipping or receiving experience.Those seeking temporary or short-term work.Applicants uncomfortable with hands-on, physical work.Why Nedland Industries?:4-day workweek (10-hour shifts) - enjoy every weekend as a 3-day weekend.Family-owned company with a supportive, team-oriented culture.Clear path for growth into a management role.Stable work with a respected manufacturer.Benefits:401(k).Health, dental, vision, and life insurance.Paid time off.Vacation, personal days, and holidays.Location:Ridgeland, WI (on-site).Commute/Relocation:Reliable commute or relocation before start date preferred.
