Work Environment\n

This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a connection with our diverse client base. As part of a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, you will engage in regular virtual meetings and client consultations, leveraging technology to deliver specialized care from the comfort of your home. The work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend availability needed based on client demands.

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients presenting with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

  • Provide clinical interventions and therapeutic support, employing evidence-based practices to promote health and recovery.

  • Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating with team members to achieve shared objectives and goals.

  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations as well as organizational policies, ensuring high ethical standards and confidentiality in all interactions.

  • Document patient progress accurately and timely within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and contributes to continuity of care.

  • Facilitate groups or workshops that encourage skill-building, coping strategies, and community engagement among clients.
  • \n
  • Serve as a resource for clients and their families by providing education and support regarding mental health issues, community resources, and treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving a diverse population of clients who may experience a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disorders. Many clients come from underserved backgrounds, so cultural sensitivity and a commitment to equity in healthcare are essential. You will be instrumental in advocating for clients' needs and empowering them through their recovery journeys.

  • A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
