CMM PROGRAMMER

Job TitleThe ideal candidate will be:Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.Able to solve problems and make sound decisions independently.Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.A team player who communicates effectively across departments.Committed to continuous improvement and process efficiency.Develop and maintain CMM programs for first article, in-process, and final inspections.Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements.Perform First Article Inspections (FAIs).Support Engineering and Quality by developing inspection methods and inspection documentation.Maintain CMM equipment, probe qualifications, and program libraries.Troubleshoot quality issues and recommend process improvements.Train CMM operators and assist in developing work instructions.Accurately complete inspection records and documentation.Experience with the following is highly preferred:Medical device manufacturingISO 13485FDA 21 CFR Part 820SolidWorksERP systemsFirst Article Inspection (FAI) documentationThis position requires medium physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, standing and walking throughout the workday, and wearing required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and non-slip shoes.If you meet the qualifications and are looking to join a company committed to quality, innovation, and employee success, we encourage you to apply.Please note: Applicants must have at least three (3) years of CMM programming experience and a strong understanding of GD&T to be considered for this position.
