Job Location: Multiple Locations (Remote) Job Type: Contract Required Technologies:

Job Description:

• Experience with design, development, integration and implementation of ArcGIS for Server-based enterprise GIS solutions
• Ability to create complete and detailed documentation (architecture, troubleshooting, procedures, specifications, proposals etc.)
• Ability to configure/implement/customize GIS Applications
• Experience in administering /configuring /implementing /customizing Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Online
• DBA experience with Oracle 19C and PostgreSQL
• Proficiency with Python and ArcPy / GIS/Notebook's modules
• Experience creating ArcGIS Server geo-processing services
• Knowledge of client Data Migration, Implementation/Application upgrade

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with planning and managing a company or departmental IT infrastructure
• 6+ years of experience with Esri / ArcGIS software (Desktop and Server technologies)
• Strong knowledge of ArcGIS for Server/ESRI Suite including installation, configuration, optimization and creation of all currently available service types
• 5+ years of advanced expertise with PostgreSQL and Oracle for versioned/Non- versioned enterprise geodatabases
• 5+ years of advanced expertise with spatial Database migration
• Managing large data sets in Utilities within ArcGIS Online, develop reports (general & custom), and provide an assortment of metrics using GIS spatial analysis methods, ArcGIS models, and python scripts Experience/certification with Esri's Utility Network (UN)
• Understanding end-user workflows for ArcGIS Pro and UN tools
