Join a proven team for growth, success, and a satisfying career! THE HOURS FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY ARE 11:45am - 8:15pm The pay range for this position is $17.50 to $17.94 per hour. Summary: An administrative role requiring knowledge of all aspects of the day to day operations of shipping and receiving. Essential Duties Process transfers to and from outside warehouse Cross reference and verify transfers (keeping inventory accurate) Troubleshoot discrepancies in inventory (quantity and lot numbers) Maintain contact with outside storage Make appointments via by email or phone Check in/out drivers Process Bills of Ladings via X3 Basic filing skills Processes BOL’s from outside storage Knowledge of common logistic verbiage Communicate internally & externally Dependable Requirements: 2-4 years in an office setting Investigate inventory/lot issues via X3 & websites Strong attention to detail Create transfers to outside storage Allocate and validate orders Understanding of shelf life Strong knowledgeable computer software *computer friendly* Communicate internally & externally Process transfers “materials” Our Total Compensation Package Includes: Medical, dental and vision benefits. 401k with Company match.
