Location: Houston, TX Position: Full-Time | Hybrid Schedule Available Key Responsibilities Manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through trial preparation Draft petitions, discovery responses, objections, and motions File cases in Texas State and Federal Courts Maintain case calendars and track litigation deadlines Coordinate depositions, mediations, experts, and court filings Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and court personnel Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and trial preparation documents Organize and maintain case files and document management systems Qualifications 2+ years of Personal Injury Litigation experience 2+ years of Paralegal experience Knowledge of Texas State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Experience handling discovery, court filings, and litigation deadlines Strong organizational and communication skills Paralegal Certificate or AA in Paralegal Studies preferred Federal Court filing experience is highly preferred Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Comprehensive Benefits Package #J-18808-Ljbffr Analytix Solutions
