Lead Technical Program Manager, Business Banking Technology

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
• Experience with cross-functional execution, governance, controls, issue management, executive communications, leadership support, and change in a growing organization.
• Experience in technology controls, risk management, audit remediation, technical program management, regulatory programs, PMO or program governance, and large financial institutions.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including building productive relationships and aligning senior leaders and distributed teams.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program management, with sound validation practices and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations, escalate uncertainty, and follow data-handling expectations.
• Experience preparing executive communications, business reviews, governance materials, dashboards, and status updates for senior business and technology audiences.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, project-tracking, and collaboration tools, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience in financial services, portfolio governance, or large-scale technology operating environments.
• Preferred: Experience supporting senior leadership forums, such as staff meetings, business reviews, governance meetings, executive communications, and cross-functional decision-making discussions.
• Preferred: Experience in technical program management, business management, technology governance, or related execution roles; transferable skills across these disciplines are welcome.

• Oversee portfolio-wide controls, risk, governance, and reporting, partnering with Technology, Product, Controls, Compliance, and Audit teams to manage risks, issues, remediation commitments, and technical action plans.
• Ensure issue management, audit and regulatory remediation, control-commitment tracking, and executive reporting are completed accurately and on time.
• Lead planning and end-to-end execution of technology programs and leadership priorities across Business Banking Technology.
• Establish program plans, governance routines, milestones, and action plans with clear ownership, accountability, and measurable progress.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program planning and risk synthesis, validate outputs, and handle information according to its sensitivity.
• Coordinate controls reviews and audit responses; track commitments, manage cross-functional dependencies, escalate risks and blockers, and provide executives with clear status and outcome visibility.
• Work with engineering, product, controls, and business management teams to define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and dependencies aligned with technology and organizational priorities.
• Prepare executive-ready materials, leadership updates, business reviews, governance forums, and communications covering status, decisions, risks, and next steps.
• Improve operating processes, reporting, controls governance, issue management, and execution routines to strengthen transparency, efficiency, and follow-through.
• Coordinate communications, readiness activities, follow-ups, and stakeholder alignment as teams adopt new processes, priorities, and ways of working.
• Promote reusable, AI-assisted approaches to program governance and reporting, with human review and alignment to delivery standards.
