YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are the first point of contact for our customers friendly professional and passionate about sales and service
• You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades protection packages and additional services turning every customer interaction into a special experience
• You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries organized service-oriented and always with a smile
• You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills motivated by targets and customer contact
• You have experience in direct customer contact ideally in retail sales service tourism or hospitality
• You are communicative and articulate in English
• You are flexible team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work including weekends and holidays whether full-time or part-time
• You have a valid US drivers license with a clean driving record
