Lead Generation: Prospect for new clients daily via cold calling, networking, local events, and referral programs.

Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough consultations to analyze prospective clients' financial situations and existing insurance portfolios.

Product Customization: Design and pitch customized insurance packages (e.g., [Property & Casualty, Life, Health, Commercial]) to close coverage gaps.

Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain high-volume phone activity, follow up on warm corporate leads, and track progress within the [CRM system, e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot].

Underwriting Compliance: Collect necessary underwriting information, request carrier quotes, and submit accurate applications.

Client Retention: Conduct annual reviews with existing policyholders to process policy updates, handle renewals, and uncover cross-selling opportunities.

Claims Support: Assist clients during the insurance claims process to maintain strong, long-term relationships and high satisfaction.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Learn and apply insurance sales and service best practices
• Work with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Present insurance solutions including auto, home, life, health, Medicare, and financial services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support day-to-day agency operations
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development
