Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial documents such as business reports, financial forecasts and statements to understand the financial state of business
  • Working with Customers and vendors to maintain accurate invoicing and billing.
  • Properly communicating and researching to resolve any issues.
  • Create and provide financial reports on a monthly and ad-hoc basis.
  • Preparation of financial statements and operating data.
  • Process and review reports on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Track and allocate expenses across vendors and customers.
  • Recommends and implements technical statements and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
  • Provides reports of operations to all levels of management.
  • Monitor all financial accounts, cash receipts and financial assets
  • Analyze gross margin results, identify trends, and communicate findings
  • Work with customers and vendors to maintain accurate invoicing and billing
  • Perform the monthly closing procedures, including preliminary analysis of financial results and preparation of month-end financial reporting package.
