CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Shipper/Reciever candidates in the Northborough, MA area. The Shipper/Receiver role is responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing labels, processing domestic and international shipments, operating a forklift, and supporting packaging activities within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming goods and materials, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Produce and apply labels for package room and shipping operations.
• Read, interpret, and follow highly detailed shipping instructions and customer requirements.
• Operate a forklift safely to move materials, inventory, and finished products throughout the facility.
• Assist with packaging activities on the production floor as needed.
• Prepare and ship domestic and international products in accordance with customer specifications and shipping regulations.
• Actively support and comply with Quality, Safety, and Environmental programs and initiatives.
• Perform miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of shipping experience required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Forklift operating experience required.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow detailed shipping instructions accurately.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and consistently throughout the workday.
• Ability to perform light to moderate physical work as required by job duties.
• Ability to regularly sit, stand, reach, and move throughout the facility during the course of the shift.
