Senior People Analytics Analyst

Transforming Workday data into actionable insights, the full-time Senior Workday People Analytics Analyst will design and maintain advanced reports and dashboards while collaborating with HR and business leaders to enhance workforce planning and operational effectiveness in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to provide insights into workforce metrics Partner with HR and business leaders to gather reporting requirements and translate business questions into analytics solutions Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify workforce trends and develop documentation to promote consistent interpretation of HR data Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, People Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred 5-7 years of experience in People Analytics, HR reporting, or Workday reporting required Hands-on experience with Workday reporting capabilities, including Advanced Reports and dashboards Strong understanding of Workday HCM data structures and analytics best practices Workday Reporting, HCM, or People Analytics certification preferred
