Dispense medications accurately and responsibly. Engage in patient counseling and health promotion. Participate in inventory and quality assurance tasks. Requirements Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree required. Licensed pharmacist registered with the state Board of Pharmacy. Certified immunizer. Valid provider level CPR certificate.
