Direct Support Professional
Sevita
As a Direct Support Professional at Sevita, you’ll provide person-centered care to individuals with disabilities in home and community settings. You’ll assist with daily living activities, medication reminders, transportation, and community outings while promoting independence, dignity, and safety. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll follow care plans, document services, and support behavioral and health needs.
