We defend all aspects of workers compensation claims for employers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and municipalities. What will your day look like here?

• Handle all phases of defense in workers compensation matters from intake and investigation, through discovery, depositions, trials, settlement negotiations.
• Represent clients in cases involving Labor Code 132a, serious & willful misconduct allegations, etc.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents with precision.
• Work closely with clients (employers, carriers, administrators, municipalities) to counsel them on risk, strategy, and liability.
• Liaise with medical experts, investigators, adjusters, and court personnel.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in California workers compensation law and practice.
