** Job Title: Sales & Forecasting Analyst **
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 remote)
Pay rate: $35/hour
About the Role
We are seeking a Sales & Forecasting Analyst to support the Commercial Lead for Boutiques North America during a critical growth and recovery period. This role focuses on sales analysis, demand forecasting, business performance tracking, and reporting to drive informed commercial decisions.
** Key Responsibilities **
- Monitor daily sell-in and sell-out performance across North America boutique brands.
- Build and maintain weekly/monthly demand forecasts for brands including Coach, Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, Tory Burch, and Tiffany.
- Track business performance against budget and identify risks and opportunities.
- Maintain reporting tools, dashboards, variance analyses, and recovery trackers.
- Support data preparation and reporting readiness for upcoming system and process initiatives.
- Deliver concise weekly and monthly performance updates with actionable insights.
** Qualifications **
- 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, forecasting, demand planning, or sales operations.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, SAP, JDA, or similar tools preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
** Preferred **
- Experience in luxury, fashion, retail, or consumer goods industries.
- Exposure to replenishment systems and wholesale/retail business models.
- Experience supporting senior commercial leaders in fast-paced environments.
