Deliver individualized therapy sessions concentrating on language, fluency, voice, and swallowing rehabilitation.

Engage collaboratively with colleagues including fellow therapists, nurses, physicians, families, and caregivers to construct unified care plans.

Provide educational resources to patients and families, empowering them to contribute to progress beyond therapy sessions.

Assist in a limited capacity with inpatient evaluations and interventions to uphold care continuity throughout the patient's journey.

Ensure meticulous and compliant documentation in alignment with all state, federal, and institutional mandates.

Commit to professional growth and advancement by participating in ongoing education and collaborative peer activities.

Earned a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a nationally accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is not yet obtained.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first month of starting.

Expertise in evidence-backed treatment modalities catering to all age groups, with a solid grasp of developmental and acquired disorders related to speech, language, and swallowing.

Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Ability to modify treatment approaches to accommodate various cultural and language backgrounds.

Familiarity with electronic medical records and compliance with documentation standards.
