Family Medicine Physician – Los Angeles, CA

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to patients. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting the organization’s mission and values.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient history, physical exams, assessments, and develop treatment plans.
• Perform procedures within scope and document all patient encounters in EMR (EPIC).
• Provide patient education, respond to special needs, and coordinate referrals.
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs and other providers; rotate to cover other sites as needed.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to policies.
• Participate in meetings, committees, and call panels as required.

Qualifications :

• MD or DO with completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active/unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Clinical experience beyond residency preferred; medical Spanish a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
