Respiratory Therapist (RT) | Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Location: Lebanon, OH Pay Rate: $54/hour Position Type: Per Diem Care Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Shift Availability: 7:00pm-7:00am Job Summary Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Respiratory Therapists (RTs) for skilled nursing opportunities in Lebanon, OH. Responsibilities Utilize EMR [PCC] to record patients' medical information and vital signs Assess respiratory status and perform respiratory care procedures in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols Administer respiratory therapies, treatments, and medications as prescribed Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot respiratory care equipment and oxygen delivery systems Evaluate treatment effectiveness and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team Educate residents, families, and caregivers on respiratory care procedures and equipment use Respond to respiratory emergencies and provide appropriate interventions within scope of practice Accurately document assessments, treatments, and resident responses Maintain compliance with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and professional practice standards Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active RRT or RCP license Minimum 1 year of experience working in skilled nursing Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations Credentials Required Active and unencumbered OH RRT or RCP License Government‑Issued Photo ID or Passport Resume Additional credentials may be required based on facility placement Benefits Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit Daily Pay optional through the Rain App (access up to 50% of earned wages daily) Referral Bonus Opportunities Dedicated Scheduling App Support Staff Available 24/7 Quick Onboarding Process Full-Time Employees May Be Eligible For: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Accident Insurance Pet Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match and more #J-18808-Ljbffr Elite Medical Staffing
