Prime Staffing is seeking a qualified provider for an exciting assignment.

Shifts: 10 & 12-hour shifts

Schedule: Must be flexible to work days, nights, and at least one full weekend shift per month (day or night depending on departmental need)

Night Coverage: 3-6 night shifts per month, scheduled based on department need. Night shifts may be in OB or OR.

Shift Model: Supervised Model

Hours: Typically 3-4 shifts per week (36+ hours per week). Minimum commitment of 3 weeks and 3 shifts/week; flexible providers can pick up additional shifts as desired.

Hard Requirements:

Full Scope

Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in a hospital setting

Current OB experience required; must be comfortable managing high-risk OB cases

Peds & neuro head cases

Must be flexible and willing to cover a variety of shift types (days, nights, weekends, OB, OR) - client will do straight nights

Level I Trauma Center experience preferred

Additional Information:

No travel reimbursement

Flat rate (no billable modifiers for OT or Holiday)

Credentialing timeline:

AZ Licensed: 6 weeks

IMLC: 2 months

Non-Licensed: 3 months

(based on clean background, malpractice, and criminal history)

Credentialing can begin with pending license
