seeking an experienced

Dental Patient Coordinator

to support our growing patient base. This position is ideal for a dental professional who values professionalism, accuracy, and teamwork, and who is willing to roll up their sleeves to ensure exceptional patient care and efficient daily operations. Key Responsibilities

· Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for patients, in person and by phone · Coordinate and schedule periodontal and implant appointments efficiently · Verify dental insurance benefits accurately and in a timely manner

· Communicate insurance information, scheduling details, and next steps clearly with patients · Work closely with doctors and clinical team to maintain smooth patient flow Good time management, able to prioritize job responsibilities

· Maintain accurate patient records, schedules, and insurance documentation · Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and support overall office operations Educate patients, to understand value of investing in their oral health to help improve their overall quality of health Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years dental office experience required

· Previous dental front office or patient coordinator experience preferred ·

Dentrix experience strongly preferred

· Proven experience with dental insurance verification ·

Strong
