Job Description

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a fellowship trained, BC/BE Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to join our growing team at Lake Forest Hospital. This is an outstanding opportunity to build your career with the premier healthcare provider in the northern suburbs of Chicago.

At Lake Forest Hospital, you will:

• Help grow and shape MIGS services in a high-demand suburban market
• Practice in a modern facility with access to advanced surgical technology, including robotic platforms
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across OB/GYN, oncology, urogynecology, and primary care
• Benefit from connectivity to Northwestern Medicine's academic resources and subspecialty expertise

• Provide comprehensive care in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery
• Perform advanced laparoscopic, robotic, and hysteroscopic procedures
• Manage complex benign gynecologic conditions
• Build strong referral relationships
• Participate in program development, quality improvement, and system-wide initiatives
• System Wide EPIC platform
• Salary range: $303,000 400,000
