CNC Machine Operator

CNC Machine OperatorThis role involves more than simply operating a machine. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up the machine, performing tool changes and tear downs, and reading micrometers and calipers. You will interpret blueprints and drawings to create parts and inspect them to ensure they are flawless. The facility is not climate-controlled and has an industrial scent of oil and metal. The company is of decent size with about 80 employees, offering a collaborative and engaging atmosphere. Work hours for the 2nd shift are Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with initial training provided on the 1st shift.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Haven, MI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
